One thing to recognize this month is breast cancer awareness. Breast cancer runs big in my family. There have been several women in my family who have had at least one of their breasts removed do to cancer. This really scares me. I am terrified to get the cancer so I try to eliminate my risks as much as I can. One thing I do is to use Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) instead of deodorant. That's right. Just apply ACV to a cotton ball and apply. Deodorant has aluminum as the active ingredient. Many people believe that aluminum is one of the causes to increase your risk of breast cancer.
